The
division teacher education program is a one-year program designed to equip students
to teach physical education in the public schools. Beginning in the fall semester
each year, candidates accepted into the program participate in a combination
of coursework, fieldwork, and observational experiences, culminating in the
student teaching experiences during the spring semester.
