The Academic Advisement Team supports undergraduate scholars by providing them with necessary information pertaining to the general education curriculum, University policies, and graduation requirements.

Admissions and Records  (LH-114)
The Office of Admissions & Records processes and evaluates applications and transcripts for admission purposes. They are also responsible for determining residency status, maintaining student records, and processing transfer credit.

Center for Careers in Teaching (H-113)
The Center for Careers in Teaching (CCT) provides comprehensive undergraduate academic advisement for Cal State Fullerton students planning careers in teaching elementary, middle, high school, or special education.

Change of Objective Form
Access the forms needed to declare or change a major, update your catalog year, declare or drop a concentration, and declare or drop a minor.  In order to declare your major as Kinesiology, you must complete KNES/BIOL 210 and KNES 202 with a C or better, as well as, maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 with at least 15 units earned at CSUF.

Office of Disability Support Services (UH-101)  
DSS provides support services for students with mobility limitations, learning disabilities, hearing or visual impairments, and other disabilities. Counselors are available to help students plan a CSUF experience to meet their individual needs.

Physical Therapist Centralized Applications
In an effort to simplify the application process for prospective physical therapist (PT) students and to facilitate the admissions process for professional PT educational programs, APTA first launched the Physical Therapist Centralized Application Service (PTCAS). PTCAS allows PT applicants to use a single Web-based application and one set of materials to apply to multiple PT programs.

The University Testing Center provides information and registration materials, and serves as a testing site for several national, statewide and institutional testing programs that are required for admission to the university, placement in classes and graduation.
