

EWP Yoga Class
Class Description
The EWP Yoga Class is a one-hour class that meets twice a week. The class is designed to instruct you on how to perform specific postures and breathing methods to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, body awareness, focus and relaxation.
About the Instructors
Mackenzie MacSween graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a B.S. in Kinesiology in May 2002. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Massage Therapist. She studied yoga for 5 years with her mentor teacher, Erika Faith Hattingh of Cloud Nine yoga, and possesses a 500-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Certificate.
Samantha Gallo has been sharing her knowledge of yoga since 2004. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500-hour advanced level and currently teaches the Beginning and Intermediate Yoga courses in the Kinesiology Department. She has experience in Thai Massage, Partner Yoga, Aromatherapy and Kids Yoga. Her intention for teaching others is to make them feel good and put a smile on their faces.
Alexis Kemp graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. in Theatre Arts in May 2005. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, which means she has her 200-hour basic training, a 500-hour advanced certification, and that she trains yoga teachers. Her class formats are always changing, incorporating restorative poses with the regular practice to bring the focus even deeper within.
Enrolling in the Class
To enroll in the class, please download the EWP Yoga Registration Form, the Exercise Risk Assessment Form, and the Informed Consent Form. You may also be asked to get Medical Clearance based on your health history. All forms and payment must be received prior to the time of your first class meeting.
