Women’s Workout Class
The Women’s Workout Class is a 75-90 minute class that meets twice per week (Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday) in the Lifespan Wellness Center. The class includes strength training and aerobic conditioning.
Participants workout on their own under the guidance and supervision of the EWP Staff. All participants enrolled in any section of the Women’s Workout Class are permitted and encouraged to attend the Open Hours held on Friday in the Lifespan Wellness Center and may also use the campus swimming pool for Open Lap Swimming.
New Members, prior to enrolling in the class, must complete an Exercise Risk Assessment Form to determine the level of exercise risk. An Informed Consent Form must also be completed. And in some cases, a Medical Clearance Form may also be required.
New Members and Continuing Members must all complete the EWP Registration Form. Please download and print all required forms, complete them, and send them along with a check (made payable to Employee Wellness Program) by campus mail to: Employee Wellness Program, KHS-121.
Enrollment in the class is limited and is filled on a first-come first-served basis.
