Enroll Now for Summer “Mid-Session” 2008

Enrollment is now underway for Summer “Mid-Session” 2008. You may enroll in either the Strength & Conditioning Class or the Women’s Workout Class and begin attending the week of July 7. These two Summer Session regular classes run through August 22 (7 weeks).  We are also offering the EWP Pilates Mat Class, EWP Circuit Training class and two sections of the EWP Yoga Class.  You may enroll in the Pilates Mat, Circuit Training or Yoga Class which run for 6 weeks beginning the week of July 7 through August 22.

More details of each exercise class are included under Physical Activity Programs.

Open Lap Swimming

By enrolling in either the Strength & Conditioning Class or the Women’s Workout Class, you will now have the opportunity to utilize the campus pool for Open Lap Swimming.  The current Open Lap Swimming hours are Monday-Friday, 12:00-1:00pm, and Monday-Thursday, 5:00-6:00pm. 

Open Gym Basketball

The Multipurpose Gymnasium (KHS-204) is now open daily (Monday-Friday) for playing basketball.  There is no fee for using the gym, but participants must sign in. The current Open Gym Hours are Monday-Friday, 12:00-1:00pm.
