Exercise Ball Class

Class Description

The Exercise Ball Class is a one-hour class that meets twice a week. The class is designed to instruct you on how to work out using an exercise ball to improve the strength and endurance of your abdominal and back muscles.

About the Instructor

Jacqueline Carter, M.S., has been working in the fitness industry for 17 years. She is a Master Trainer with Resistaball® and has been designing exercise programs and teaching stability ball classes that target back pain prevention for the last 8 years. Jacqueline is a success story herself. After having undergone major back surgery for scoliosis at the age of 14, she has worked hard at maintaining her own back health and is excited about sharing her knowledge of exercise ball training with others.
