Schedule for Fall “Mid-Session” 2008
Class runs from October 20 – December 19  (8 weeks)

Fall “Mid-Session” 2008 enrollment is now available.  Enroll in the Strength & Conditioning Class beginning the week of October 20.  This will allow you to workout for 8 weeks through the end of the Fall Session which is on Friday, December 19.

Class Fee for Fall “Mid-Session” 2008

Continuing Members, $30.00
New Members, $55.00 (Includes one time $25.00 initiation fee)

The Strength & Conditioning Class is offered in the Lifespan Wellness Center (KHS-001) at the following times.  Participants enroll in one specific section but are welcome to work out in any other exercise class session (based on availability).

Section 2 Monday/ Wednesday 11:45am-1:00pm
Section 4 Monday/ Wednesday 5:00pm-6:30pm
Section 5 Tuesday/Thursday 6:30am-7:45am
Section 6 Tuesday/Thursday 11:45am-1:00pm
Section 8 Tuesday/Thursday 5:00pm-6:30pm
Open Hours Friday 11:45am-1:45pm
     

Open Hours (which are co-ed) are for those enrolled in any section of the Strength & Conditioning or the Women’s Workout classes.

Open Lap Swim  Monday-Friday 12:00pm -1:00pm

Open Lap Swimming is available for anyone enrolled in any section of the Strength & Conditioning or the Women’s Workout classes.
