Pilates Mat Class
Class Description
The Pilates Mat Class is a one-hour class that meets twice a week . It is designed to teach proper body alignment and breathing in addition to improving core strength, flexibility, and coordination.
About the Instructor
Seonag Turner, B.F.A., has been studying Pilates since 1995. She received her Pilates Certification in 2002 from Long Beach Dance Conditioning and has been teaching private clients and group mat classes at the Sports Club-Irvine. Seonag also teaches physical therapy patients how to incorporate Pilates into their rehabilitation.
Enrolling in the Class
To enroll in the class, please download the EWP Pilates Registration Form, the Exercise Risk Assessment Form, and the Informed Consent Form. You may also be asked to get Medical Clearance based on your health history. All forms and payment must be received prior to the time of your first class meeting.
