Lifespan Wellness Center (KHS-001)

Strength and Conditioning Classes and the Women’s Workout Class are offered in the new 5000 sqft Lifespan Wellness Center.

The Center is equipped with multiple lines of Strength Training Equipment including Cybex Eagle selectorized equipment, Keiser pneumatic (air) equipment, and Free Weights.

The Center is also equipped with numerous pieces of Cardio Equipment including treadmills, elliptical trainers, cycles, recumbent cycles, NuSteps, an upper body ergometer and a Stairmaster stepmill.
