The EWP Yoga Class is a one-hour class that meets twice a week. The class is designed to instruct you on how to perform specific postures and breathing methods to improve your strength, balance, flexibility, body awareness, focus and relaxation.
About the Instructors
Mercedes began her personal practice in 2010, and instantly fell in love with yoga. In 2013, she enrolled in yoga teacher training because she wanted to start building her own sequences to share her passion for yoga with others. Mercedes completed her 200 hour teacher training at Purple Yoga Studio. She is currently studying kinesiology at California State University: Fullerton. With her studies of kinesiology, she hopes to help her students with injuries and to prevent injuries as well. Mercedes is an all around nature enthusiast. Her other passions are rock climbing, backpacking, traveling, and mountain biking.
Enrolling in the Class
To enroll in the class, please download the EWP Yoga Mid-Session Registration Form the Exercise Risk Assessment Form, and the Informed Consent Form. You may also be asked to get Medical Clearance based on your health history. All forms and payment must be received prior to the time of your first class meeting.

Class Fee for Fall 8 week Session 2019
Standard Class Fee: $ 75.00
Discounted Class Fee: $ 55.00 (You must be concurrently enrolled in another EWP class)
*10-Class Punch Pass: $ 50.00 (Use the 10 visits for any yoga class during the Fall 2019 semester)
*The 10-Class Punch Pass is non-transferable and expires at the end of Spring 2020.
