Advancing the causes of senior living, active aging and the health and wellness of the senior population is something Advanced Healthstyles has long been committed to. Our goal is to help senior living communities, independent living and assisted care facilities, and medical rehabilitation facilities in offering seniors fitness/health options that focus on functional training, balance training and assessment, strength training for seniors, social interaction and more. Healthy aging allows us to maintain independence and mobility as we age. The fitness equipment options we provide are meant to bring a wealth of new possibilities to the term “senior living.” There has never been a better time to be an older adult due to increased knowledge regarding the body and the aging process, as well as the fitness equipment at our disposal. We want to help the communities and facilities that help seniors to embrace fitness, improve quality of life, stay active, interact socially, and remain capable of carrying out their everyday activities. Advanced Healthstyles has been a valued resource for wellness and fitness solutions for over 25 years. We know that your facility is committed to improving the lives of seniors, and we join you in that quest. Working together we can reinvent the aging continuum and help older adults to make the most of their golden years.
