Dear CSUF - Athletic Training Education Program Applicant:

          Thank you for your interest in the Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP) at California State University, Fullerton.  This on-line Application Packet includes the following materials which are needed to complete the application process for the ATEP:  CSUF – ATEP Application and the CSUF – ATEP Confidential Recommendation Form.  Each applicant must submit three (3) Confidential Recommendations, so be sure to make copies of the one included here. 
          If you have not already done so, you should review the ATEP Informational Packet, (see Informational Packet).  It is advisable to discuss the ATEP and these materials with the Program Director, ATEP faculty / staff, current ATEP students, as well as ATEP alumni. 
          A complete Application Packet includes: 1) a complete Application, 2) three completed Confidential Recommendation Forms, 4) a completed Statement of Interest, 5) a copy of a current CPR certification card, and 6) a copy of all college transcripts.
          Current filing deadline for the ATEP is April 1st of each year for admittance in the following fall semester.  ALL materials must be received by the Program Director by the filing deadlines to be considered for the program.  Meeting these deadlines is the responsibility of the applicant.  Notification of your interview status will be occur in April, with interviews occurring in May.
          Please note students cannot graduate from Cal State Fullerton and the ATEP without completing both the clinical and academic requirements.  If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the ATEP Director (714) 278-3430 at CSUF.  Thank you again for your interest in our ATEP.
