M.A., Dallas Baptist University
Ph.D., University of Texas at Arlington     

Dr. Nguyen has experience teaching undergraduate and graduate courses and seminars.  Academic subjects taught range from statistics to physiological psychology. Nguyen has served on numerous thesis and dissertation committees, with research topics ranging from PTSD among war veterans to children in foster care. Before coming to academia, Nguyen was in private practice working with court-ordered populations. Over the past years Nguyen has consulted for non-profit agencies, such as Adult Day Health Centers and foster care organizations.
