Californian Journal of Health Promotion

The Californian Journal of Health Promotion is a scholarly, peer-reviewed, online journal focusing on health education and promotion. Our publications aim to help health professionals and scientists learn about the state-of-art findings and trends in health promotion practice and research. We strive to present all work, including but not limited to empirical research, reports on practical applications, and advocacy for health promotion policies so it is meaningful to both practice and research communities. We welcome contributions from colleagues over all parts of the world.

ROTC Cadets Commissioning May 24

Graduating Seniors To Become Army Second Lieutenants

Twenty-five U.S. Army cadets in Cal State Fullerton's Reserve Officer Training Corps will be commissioned May 24 for duty as second lieutenants. The ceremony’s keynote speaker will be Major Gen. David Walden Puster, commanding general for the 84th Training Command in Fort Knox, Ky.

The award recognizes "significant contributions to collegial governance consistent with the University's mission and goals, as well as the mission of the California State University system."

Sora Park Tanjasiri Awarded Cal State Fullerton's Top Faculty Honor

Lauded for her exemplary teaching, scholarship and community outreach, Professor of Health Science Sora Park Tanjasiri has been named Cal State Fullerton’s 2012-13 Outstanding Professor.
